How to the license for your movie night?

Movies are licensed by various companies, each representing different movie studios. Use the links below to identify which company holds the license for your movie and follow the steps on their website to obtain it. Please note that some movies may not be permitted for public viewing.  If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to these companies directly. While Event Resources is here to offer guidance, the licensing companies are the ultimate source of all the necessary information.

To play a movie, you need a license. Even if it’s a free event to the public. 

Information we need to know to provide you a cost is the follow:

• How many guests to you expect? This will determine the screen size.
• The location of the event. 
• Date and time of the event.
• Do you want popcorn?
• Confirm there is power onsite where we will be setting up. 
• Confirm we are able to drive our vehicle within 100FT of the set up location.
